Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that sale items, gift cards, personal products, and a selection of products (see list below) are not eligible.
The following items may not be returned or exchanged:
- All body related products (such as, not limited to) – lip balms, body sprays, haircare products (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, balms, root salves), all skincare products (such as but not limited to topicals, ointments, lotions, bar soap, liquid soap, serums, creams, cleansers, masks), suppositories, body accessories or materials used on the body (including within the hair), etc.
- Hemp Flowers, Pre-Rolls, Cigarettes, Gummies, Gum, rolling papers, and any edible products (such as but not limited to Gummies, Tinctures, Capsules, Softgels, Beverages, Powdered Supplements, Dietary Supplements, Dissolvable Strips, Mouth Sprays, Toothepaste, Mouth Wash)
- Hookah Tips
- E-liquids
- Used or open Tanks or Rebuildable Atomizers.
- Coils and Pods
- Vape Pens
- Batteries/Chargers
- Alternative Products
- Disposables (Puff Bars, Mojos etc.)
- Items with manufacturer’s visual defects including but not limited to lining gaps, small chips in the paint, and off-color resin.
For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer support at [email protected]. If a refund is accepted by Good Organics, then refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that the refund amount will be processed by Good Organics and you'll receive an email confirmation. All refunds may vary based on the bank institution of your original payment method.
