What’s your return policy?Updated a year ago

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items For the health and safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products that have been used, had their seals broken, or had their packaging opened. Once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the item is considered non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review your order and inspect the product carefully before opening. If the product is damaged upon arrival, contact our customer service team immediately with photo and/or video evidence at [email protected] for further investigation.

Return by mail To start the return process, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. The return must include a completed Return Order Form, which will be provided upon your request.

Note: There is a $7.95 return shipping charge per order, which will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Also, please note in some cases a restocking fee will be required - refer to that section in this policy for more info.

Refund process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].  

Subscription Orders and Refunds The first order placed as part of a subscription is non-refundable, as it must be fulfilled according to our subscription policy. Additionally, any subscription orders that are properly billed based on your selected subscription schedule are not eligible for refunds if the subscription was not canceled in accordance with our terms. We advise managing your subscription carefully through your account profile to avoid unwanted charges or shipments.

Non-Returnable items Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • All body-related products (e.g., skincare, haircare, lip balms, topicals, lotions)
  • Hemp flowers, pre-rolls, cigarettes, gummies, and edibles (e.g., tinctures, softgels)
  • E-liquids, vape pens, batteries, and chargers
  • Used or opened tanks, atomizers, coils, pods
  • Personal care products (e.g., topicals, serums, cleansers, masks)
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Damaged or defective items Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue. Provide photo and/or video evidence via email at [email protected] for investigation.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Buyer's remorse and restocking fee Items returned due to buyer’s remorse must be unopened, in their original condition, and sent back within 72 hours of delivery. Buyer’s remorse returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Holding ineligible items If you send back items that are not eligible for a return, we will attempt to contact you. We will hold ineligible items for 10 days before disposal if no contact is made.

Exchanges For exchanges, we recommend returning the item first (following the return process), and once the return is accepted, placing a new order for the desired item.

Return to Sender If an exchange order is returned due to non-delivery, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If not resolved within 72 hours, the order will be deconstructed and restocked, with store credit issued to your account. You will be notified of the credit via email.
