Subscription Policy

At Good Organics, our subscription service is designed to provide convenient, automatic deliveries of your favorite products. Please review the following terms and conditions for our subscription service:

Subscription Term & Renewal

  • Recurring Orders: Subscriptions are automatically billed and fulfilled on a recurring basis, according to the delivery frequency you select when placing your order. You will receive a reminder email prior to each subscription order being processed.

  • Subscription Duration: By enrolling in our subscription program, you agree to a minimum of 3 recurring orders under the subscription term. This means your subscription cannot be canceled until after the third recurring order has been successfully processed.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Eligibility: You may cancel your subscription only after 3 successful recurring orders have been processed. No cancellations will be allowed before the completion of these 3 orders.

  • Cancellation Window: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled subscription order, cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the next billing date. Cancellations made within this window will apply to the following order, not the upcoming one.

  • Notifications: Prior to each recurring order, you will receive a notification, allowing you adequate time to cancel or modify your subscription after the initial 3-order requirement has been fulfilled.


Modifying Your Subscription

You may modify your subscription details, such as the delivery frequency, product selection, or shipping address, at any time before your next order is processed. Please ensure changes are made at least 3 days before the next billing date to avoid any delays or issues with your upcoming delivery.

Management of your subscription must be done by logging into your account profile. Select 'Manage Subscriptions' from the footer of our website or refer to a prior email confirmation sent for your subscription.
